Family-run since 2025

Banh Mi Deli brings fresh Vietnamese flavours to Wynnum. We make our mayo, pâté, pickled carrot and daikon, and sauces in-house.

Our fillings are prepared fresh daily right here on Bay Terrace, then paired with fresh herbs to bring every bánh mì together.

What is your signature dish?

We do not list just one signature dish on our menu because we are proud of all the food we prepare. Every item is made with care and is good enough to recommend to our customers.

I only love crispy pork banh mi. What else should I try?

Our roast pork belly banh mi is one of our most popular customer favourites. However, many customers who try our other fillings, such as grilled pork, lemongrass chicken, crispy chicken, tofu, vegan duck, and vegan BBQ, quickly find a new favourite.

We also recommend trying our vermicelli noodle salad, rice dishes, bao buns, rice paper rolls, dumplings, and spring rolls.

Which ingredients are house-made?

Our mayo, pâté, pickled carrot and daikon, and most of our sauces are house-made. These ingredients help give our food its unique and special flavour.

Do you have vegetarian or vegan options?

Yes. We offer vegetarian and vegan-friendly options, including tofu, vegan duck and vegan BBQ. Today's list is on our menu.

Do I have to queue to order?

No. There is a self-order screen just inside the door. Order and pay there, or at the counter, whichever queue is shorter. Either way we call your number when it is ready.

Can I phone ahead to order?

Yes. Call 0468 990 009 any time and our assistant will take your pickup order. For catering or allergy questions it will pass you to a person.

Do you offer delivery?

We do not offer delivery at the moment. Orders are available for pickup from our shop.

Do you offer catering?

Yes. We offer catering for office lunches, birthdays, family gatherings, footy days, and other events. Catering options include bánh mì, rice paper rolls, bao buns, and more. Catering is a booking for a later date, not a same-day order: we prefer 2 or more days' notice, a booking for tomorrow is only confirmed after you call us, and same-day catering is by phone only. How much notice do you need for catering?

For catering orders, 48 hours' notice is preferred so we can prepare everything fresh and organise your pickup time.
